What percentage of the number of times he scored between 25 and 49?

A cricketer has batted in 85 innings. He has scored 13 centuries, crossed the 50 run mark 21 times and crossed the 25 run mark 37 times and scored no double century. The number of times he has scored below 25 is what percentage of the number of times he scored between 25 and 49?

The cricketer has 85 innings.

13 times he has scored >100 runs

21 times he has scored >50 runs

Hence, he has scored between 100 to 50 runs (21-13)=8 times.

Again, 37 times he has scored >25 rums

Hence, he has scored between 25 to 50 runs (37-21) =16 times

So, he has scored < 25 runs in (85-13-8-16) =48 times (Answer)

Again, the percentage of innings he has scored between 25 and 49 runs will be, (16/85) =18.8%. (Answer)

Therefore, Ans:

48 innings

18.8%.
